We are committed to our clients’ privacy and will only collect the minimum information necessarily required to enable you to register with us receive correspondence from us and purchase products to be delivered to you. This information will generally consist of your name, address and contact details and matters required to establish a credit account which you enter into our system when registering, and such information (including credit card details) which may be required for you to purchase programs and downloadable material.

Credit Card information is not retained once the transaction is completed and other information will remain in our system to facilitate our contact and further transactions, thereby eliminating the re-entering of frequently used information. Your information captured on our web site is not available to anyone other than Neil Hopley

Your personal information will not be divulged to third parties without your express consent. Customer information including names and addresses will never be sold or licensed to third parties.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 per cent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to it or from its online products or services, and users do so at their own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make every effort to ensure it remains secure.

 

Complaints

When you sign-in to our site we use a software feature called a ‘cookie’ which identifies you to us. Personal details are not contained in the cookie, and they are not used to retrieve any other information from your computer.
